James Robbins

James has over 15 years experience as a personal trainer, nutrition specialist, and fitness enthusiast. He likes to challenge and encourage his clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by using sport specific functional exercise and sound nutritional planning. He specializes in strength and conditioning, wieght loss, cross training, nutrition counseling and all aspects of helping his clients to obtain their individual goals.
James grew up in Southern California as a competitive athlete who excelled in sports such as wrestling, football, surfing, and snowboarding. He has trained numerous athletes of all ages at every level of training. As your trainer, he will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve ALL your fitness goals. With your determination and his dedication, you can make anything happen.

Tina Dempsey

Circuit Class/ Group Cycle Instructor

Tina Dempsey recently relocated from Manhatten Beach, California to Park City, Utah. Tina has always lived a very fit, healthy and active lifestyle, whether at the beach or in the mountains. She has competed in several marathons, enjoys skiing and snowboarding, hiking, biking, wakeboarding, weight training, and just about anything that keeps her body moving and her heart rate up. Once she had succesfully raised her 3 children, she decided to turn her passion for fitness and well being into a career. Tina attended the National Personal Training Institute in Santa Monica, California and graduated at the top of her class. She was hired by the Spectrum Clubs and was fortunate to intern under their "Trainer of the Year". Tina holds certifications in personal training, nutrional counseling, TRX suspension training, and spinning instruction. She is also an associate member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Tina is always looking for new, innovative ways to help her clients attain a balanced life of health and fitness.

 

Nicole Delnort

Step/Muscle-up/Senior Fitness Instructor

Nicole has been teaching fitness classes for 28 years and has been a personal trainer for 8. She enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals and creating a fun and exciting class experience, "excersising should never be boring". Nicole spent her high school years in California where she met and married her "high school sweetheart". They have been married for 24 years and have three children. She and her husband moved to Park City 14 years ago. They enjoy the four seasons and all of the wornderful outside activities that Park City has to offer. She hopes to continue inspiring others to stay active and have fun with their workouts as long as she physically can.

 

Kendra Haderlie

Group Cycle Instructor

Born in Laramie, Wyoming, the eldest of 3. She also has 8 step brothers and sisters. She moved 16 times by the time she was in 6th grade before settling in Wyoming for good. After high school she took a basketball and art scholarship to a Jr. College in Powell, Wyoming. She then transfered to SLCC where she studied Architecture. Then transfereing to ASU, then started working for Jack Johnson Engineering. She transfered with Jack Johnson Engineering to Park City, Utah. She the headed back to school to study photography. One year into her photography studies, Kendra was laid off from her engineering firm and went to school full time and began working at Butchers Chop House. Currently Kendra is still working at Butchers, teaching spin class, and coaching high school basketball, in Park City, while trying to start her own photography company.

 

Helen Golden

A.M.P./Zumba Instructor

Helen has a strong fitness background of over 20 years experience, she has experience in fitness training of all levels. She is also versed in sports marketing, health and wellness product promotion, editorials, and events. She is certified by YMCA, AFAA, ACE, and REEBOK. She also holds various other certifications in Pilates, personal training, Spinning, group exercise, coaching, etc. She has had the pleasure of training/coaching all types of people of all types backgrounds, including 2 year olds to 80 years of age. From Parkinson's patients to Olympic athletes.

  • 2001-2003 Gave birth to her two children, Waverly & TJ
  • 2004 Team Real member and coach, all female adventure racing team
  • 2007 Cantoo running coach in Sydney, Australia

Helen is very excited to be a part of Basin Recreation and once again contributing to a great community. "Everyone has an obligation to take care of ones self as well as helping others."
