1) How do I sign my child up for your activities?

You can sign up online for all of our programs. You may also sign up for programs at the Field House. (1388 Center Dr in Newpark). You may call for information or questions for any or our programs at 655-0999x11

2) What are the hours of operation at the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse?

The hours at the Fieldhouse are:
Spring/ Summer: (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Mon-Fri 5:30am to 10:00pm
Saturday-Sunday from 8:00am to 9:00pm Fall/Winter: (Labor Day to Memorial Day)
Mon-Fri 5:30am to 10:00pm
Sat-Sun 7:00am to 9:00pm

3) Can anyone use the facilities at the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse?

Yes. The Fieldhouse has resident and non resident rates.

4) If I am interested in coaching or helping with some of the activities, who do I contact?

You can contact Brian Hanton (bhanton@basinrecreation.org) or Angie Greenburg(agreenburg@basinrecreation.org) if you want to help with any of our youth programs.

5) Where can I get a map of the local trails in the area?

From the menu above, go to the trail that you want and you can upload or print a map from the pages. There are also several locations for trail maps, you may visit the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse, Basin Recreation Trailside park office, Jans, White Pine Touring, Pearl Izumi.

6) Can I use any of the park facilities for group or family activities?

Yes. You can reserve the lower pavilion at Trailside Park for a fee.
