TRAILSIDE PARK CONFERENCE ROOMS
Community Room
This is a formal meeting room for rent that accommodates up to 69 people. Rental fee includes 52 stackable chairs and water cooler. Restrooms are available. A kitchenette with sink, microwave and small refrigerator are available upon request.

Park Room
This is a less formal room available for meetings or small parties. It can accommodate up to 73 people. Rental fee includes chairs as needed. Restrooms and a kitchenette with sink and microwave are available.

PICNIC PAVILION AT TRAILSIDE PARK NORTH
There is a 30 x 30 pavilion with six 8-ft picnic tables. The pavilion will comfortably accommodate between 40 and 50 people. Parties and reunions can be held at the pavilion. Restrooms are available. (Please note that Trailside Upper Playground Pavilion is a public use facility only. Rentals of this facility are not available.)
