What: |
A structured fitness program designed to teach school-aged children basic running skills. Workouts include warm-ups, games, running activities, and a cool-down with stretching. Parents become involved in supervised running homework to gradually increase endurance and running times. The experience ends with a "Fun Run" where parents can join their Star or cheer them on at the finish line! |
