Little Dribblers Basketball...

What:

Little Dribblers Bitty Basketball is an introduction to organized basketball for players who are 4 yrs old & Kindergarten and 1st & 2nd Grade. Class Sessions are 1 hour/2 times per week and will run for 7 weeks. The 4 year old and Kindergarten children will play 4 on 4 and shoot at a 6 foot hoop. They participate in 40 minutes of dribbling and shooting drills prior to each game. Mini games will be played each week. The 1st & 2nd grade children will play 5 on 5 and will shoot at a 8 foot hoop. They participate in 30 minutes of dribbling and shooting drills prior to each game. Mini games will be played each week. Our program is designed for THE CHILDREN to learn the game of basketball and have fun. Our goal is to teach basic basketball fundamental and encourage the children to have fun and improve each week. Wins and loses will not be kept. We welcome parents who would like to volunteer as POSITIVE helper/coaches.
