Circuit Training |
This class is designed for maximum calorie burning! it will combine both weights and cardio. Class will be 50 minutes long and will include warm-up, circuit workout, and stretching. |

Body Conditioning |
This class is designed for safe training to help people learn speed, overload, power and plyometric drills, agility/balance, control and strength exercises. It will challenge you and prepare your muscles and your mind for all the fun spring/summer activities. |

Group Cycling |
If you are in need of a serious butt-kicking, come to this class! Hard core work out. Trust me. |

Yoga Class |
Yoga is a great way to de-stress, increase flexibility and strength, while stimulating the mind body & spirit. Breathing is emphasized to focus and quiet the mind. |

A.M.P. Class |
A.M.P. stands for Agility, Muscle, & Plyometrics. This class will take place bright and early on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 6:30am. It will be a combination of cardio, weights,and explosive movements. Fast paced and high in intensity A.M.P. is an awesome total body workout! |

Cardio Step Class |
This class will be taught at 8:30am on the Field House field by Abi & Nicole. An awesome cardio experience, fast paced & fun. |

Senior Fitness Class |
This is a program we are now offering for our senior members. Not only is it a great class for active seniors, but also for those who may not have much exercise experience. Not to mention it is an excellent class for those entering post-rehabilitation programs. Recommended for any seniors who would enjoy a positive, upbeat exercise experience. |

Muscle Up Class |
A wieght-lifting class using various equipment including weights, resistance bands, stability, balls and more. Every muscle group is specifically targeted to help you transform your body into a fat burning machine! |

SilverSneakers Senior Class |
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. |

Youth Zumba Atomic Class |
Zumba Atomic is a fitness class for kids that combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. Zumba Atomic is a fusion of Latin and International music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system |

Park City Boot Camp & Senior Fitness Class |
Full Function Training Park City Boot Camp is a four-week training program that offers a complete solution to all of your fitness needs. |
