Circuit Training |
This class is designed for maximum calorie burning! it will combine both weights and cardio. Class will be 50 minutes long and will include warm-up, circuit workout, and stretching. |

Step Aerobics |
This step aerobics class consists of choregraphed step patterns. You'll challenge your mind and body as you burn calories. The intensity of your workout will be determined by the speed, travel, and execution of your movements. |

Core Class |
Half hour class designed to strengthen your core. Get ready for that six-pack you have been dreaming about! |

Turbo Kick Class |
This class is designed to give you an awesome cardio workout! The moves are worked into swiftly executed combinations (for example: jab, cross punch, hook, uppercut, front kick). We will mix a few minutes of jumping rope along with conditioning drills reminiscent of high-school gym class (jumping jacks, sideways scooting steps, burpees). |

Park City Boot Camp & Senior Fitness Class |
Full Function Training Park City Boot Camp is a four-week training program that offers a complete solution to all of your fitness needs. |

Sports Conditioning |
This class is designed for safe training of mind and body for skiing, snow shoeing, and all the fun winter activities. |

Group Cycling |
If you are in need of a serious butt-kicking, come to this class! Hard core work out. Trust me. |

Basin Recreation Yoga Class |
Group cycling class is a great cardio workout set to music with an instructor leading you on a great stationary bike ride. |

Yoga Ball Class |
Incorporating a stability ball along with basic yoga techniques. This class is only offered one day a week (Tuesday @ 9:30am) so make sure to take advantage of it. Located on the Field House field it is a great core class for anyone looking for an ab workout challenge. |

A.M.P. Class |
A.M.P. stands for Agility, Muscle, & Plyometrics. This class will take place bright and early on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 6:30am. It will be a combination of cardio, weights,and explosive movements. Fast paced and high in intensity A.M.P. is an awesome total body workout! |

Cardio Step Class |
This class will be taught at 8:30am on the Field House field by Abi & Nicole. An awesome cardio experience, fast paced & fun. |

Senior Fitness Class |
This is a program we are now offering for our senior members. Not only is it a great class for active seniors, but also for those who may not have much exercise experience. Not to mention it is an excellent class for those entering post-rehabilitation programs. Recommended for any seniors who would enjoy a positive, upbeat exercise experience. |

Bosu Fit Class |
The Bosu Balance Ball is truly unique balance, core stability and proprioception training device that can be integrated with all types of fitness training and functional conditioning. You will experience a wide range of sequenced movements that will transform your body. |

Muscle Up Class |
A wieght-lifting class using various equipment including weights, resistance bands, stability, balls and more. Every muscle group is specifically targeted to help you transform your body into a fat burning machine! |
