Tae kwon Do for Adults and Kids

What:

Tae kwon-do classes are being offered to kids and adults at the basin recreation field house. Open to everyone 10 years and older! Yes, kids and adults in the same class. Great course for self defense for all ages! Cross training for other sports, conditioning and techniques, and six basic kicks.

Everyone ages 10 and up!

When:

Sunday evening from 5:00 to 6:30
Classes begin Oct 5, 2008 and run through Nov 23, 2008
