What:

Just in time for Football Season! Your Preschooler will learn basic rules of football. Practice fundamental preschool motor skills as applied to *non-tackle* football. Begin practice with flags that are used in Flag Football. Learn in a non-competitive atmosphere. Learn an introduction to working on teams plus learn to complete a full work-out just for kids! Taught by certified youth fitness coaches with music kids love to exercise with.

Ages 3 & 4 years old

Octpber 8th - November 19th
(no class for UEA)
Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm
